Think-I Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who We Are (Data Controller)
Think-I Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through the Think-i Performance Suite platform.

2. What Data We Collect
Account data: Name, email address, password (encrypted), discipline, performance level, and goals — provided when you register.
Profile data: Information you add to your profile over time, including your Confidence Score™ results and pathway progress.
Coaching conversation data: Messages you send to and receive from the Perform-i AI coaching companion.
Video content: Performance videos you choose to upload for feedback analysis.
Payment data: Billing information processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers — Stripe holds payment data on our behalf.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session times, and general interaction with the Platform.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system — collected automatically.

4. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting (EU/US data centres)
- Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy)
- Anthropic — AI model provider that powers Perform-i (your coaching conversations are processed by Anthropic's API)
- Netlify — Platform hosting and deployment
All third-party processors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security standards.
We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
5. AI Coaching Data — Important Notice
Messages you send to the Perform-i AI coaching companion are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. This means your coaching conversation content is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing.
We store your coaching conversation history in our own database to provide continuity of service. You can request deletion of your conversation history at any time.
Do not share sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential information in coaching conversations beyond what is relevant to your performance development.
6. Data Retention
Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 2 years after closure for legal compliance purposes.
Coaching conversations: Retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion at any time.
Video content: Retained until you delete it or close your account.
Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law.
7. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — withdraw marketing consent at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
8. Cookies
The Platform uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the Platform to function.
We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and seek your consent.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and access controls limiting who can access your data.
No data transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Transfers
Some of our service providers (including Anthropic and Supabase) may process data outside the UK and EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.
