Terms & Conditions

Think-i Performance Suite™ ("the Platform") is operated by Think-I Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16318349).

References to "we", "us", "our" mean Think-I Ltd. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual accessing or using the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

The Platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The Platform is not designed for or directed at children under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate their account immediately.

Think-i Performance Suite provides:

• AI-powered performance coaching via the Perform-i companion
• Structured coaching pathways for performing artists
• The Confidence Score™ assessment framework
• Video upload and feedback tools
• PerformConnect networking features (where available)
• Community resources and performance development content

Free Tier (Starter): Available at no cost with limited features as described on the Platform.

Paid Tiers: The Performer (£19/month) and Professional (£39/month) tiers are billed monthly by direct debit via Stripe. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Billing: Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription month. After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increases via email before they apply to your subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Platform's AI systems or proprietary methodologies
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to others
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping to access the Platform
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use the Platform to collect data about other users without their consent
• Post or transmit any content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Think-i Confidence Method™, the Confidence Score™, the Perform-i AI companion, coaching pathways, written content, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Think-I Ltd or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you upload (including video recordings). By uploading content, you grant Think-I Ltd a limited licence to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by English law:

• Think-I Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform
• Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in that same period
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• We are not responsible for the outcome of auditions, performances, career decisions, or other real-world results influenced by use of the Platform

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), and Anthropic (AI technology). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if we cease to operate the Platform, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where possible.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@think-i-brand.com. Account closure does not entitle you to any refund except as provided in Section 6.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
